Terms and Conditions
Booking Fee
A deposit of £75.00 for each car will be required at the time of booking. This will be credited against the final balance. The balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the Wedding Day. This can be paid in cash, by cheque, (with a guarantee card) or by Building Society cheque, or a combination of the above. Cheques will be payable to E.A.Lewis.
Your booking is not secured until a deposit is received and booking confirmation is sent to you.
Cancellations
Termination of any booking must be given in writing to Anniversary Cars.
Should cancellation be received less than 12 weeks prior to the Wedding Day the client will pay a sum equal to 50% of the outstanding balancePrices
The price quoted at the time of booking will be final.Force Majeure
The contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by Anniversary Cars owing to any cause beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown or accident (where possible we may substitute for a different car) or cancellation of the contract by Anniversary Cars, liability shall be limited to a full and complete refund of all monies paid.
Display
Photographs of your Wedding and Anniversary Cars may be used for display and promotional purposes.
Smoking
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our cars.
Liability
Every effort will be made to get you to your destination on time, but we are not liable for any loss due to delays caused by traffic jams, road works, road closures, diversions, extreme weather conditions, mechanical breakdown or 3rd party collisions.
